So my experience was that I needed just one screw (a replacement) for the installation of a Minke Wave ceiling fan which I also I bought from Lighting NY. So instead of sending me the one replacement screw I needed...I had to buy a whole pack to get my one screw. Then instead of free shipping, Lighting NY charged me $10.00 for shipping. Needless to say, not how I would have handled it if I were in customer service. "
