"somehow my computer doesn't work properly. sometimes in order to get out of a program i have to shut it down because it froze up, or if i want to get out of windows mail ,i have to end an endless stream of prior entries.
another thing, i am an immigrant myself, so i am not a racist. but i have
a hell of a time understanding and communicating with your technicians.
of course it doesn't help that i am a little bit hard of hearing

"I still have a lot of probems I had before you started to work on it.My Skype is not working good and that Incredimai warning are more and more in my way and I have to restarted 10 times a day or trying to get rid of it.I hate it.You should be able to fix it or I do not see any diference,I had before.I know got rid of the spyware,but to be honest it did no affect me at all,but this I have now is much worse,than before."

"First, i'm not sure that I haven't been ripped off and the receipt for services offers no guarantee that Livetech won't call me back in 3 months to tell me that they have discovered another $150 glitch. The information is shunted from tech to tech so no one really knows what's been done on any particular case; nor can he explain it. They give cases to each other to follow up on, but the follow-up probably won't happen on the day it is promised, creating more uncertainty and screwing up my schedule. I was promised (verbally) by 2 techs that the fixes (whatever they were) will eliminate any future problems and i will not have to pay for any future fixes. Send my a written guarantee. email will do. "

What technician are you asking me about???? I just realized it could be the U S COMPUTER CORP on 66th street in St Petersburg. If it was they were Either thieve or stupid in any case they were RUDE. Te laptop needed a $25 cooling fan. They did over $500 in damage to the laptop either by stupidity or deliberate sabatage. So much damage that I had to buy a new laptop. When I tried to complain they were so rude and their answer was they had been in business for 40 years and hung up on me
