"somehow my computer doesn't work properly. sometimes in order to get out of a program i have to shut it down because it froze up, or if i want to get out of windows mail ,i have to end an endless stream of prior entries.
another thing, i am an immigrant myself, so i am not a racist. but i have
a hell of a time understanding and communicating with your technicians.
of course it doesn't help that i am a little bit hard of hearing

What technician are you asking me about???? I just realized it could be the U S COMPUTER CORP on 66th street in St Petersburg. If it was they were Either thieve or stupid in any case they were RUDE. Te laptop needed a $25 cooling fan. They did over $500 in damage to the laptop either by stupidity or deliberate sabatage. So much damage that I had to buy a new laptop. When I tried to complain they were so rude and their answer was they had been in business for 40 years and hung up on me"
