"My wife wanted her original e-mail restored. The technician insisted that her e-mail was compromised witch had serious issues and insisted that we purchase security software. After we agreed to purchase the I spoke with my IT professional who instructed me to ask for a refund because we didn't need the offered services. I asked your technician for a refund and he replied it would take 24-hours for the refund to be sent to the credit card company. Seven days later no refund had had been posted to my credit card account. My wife and I sent an e-mail to "****@****" on 1/28/14 to formally request a refund because your services did not retrieve my wife's original e-mail account."

"I haven't used them for quite a while but paid for a full year. The first main time was about 6 months ago or more in 2013 after which rather than buying only a 1-time assistance, I bought the full 3-year subscription because they initially spent a lot of time, quite a few hours, cleaning out the computer system and updating it- and it seemed to be working much better then. I called them again in December 2013 when my e-mail stopped coming in for several days and my local tech was out of town: Livetechnician was not able to resolve the situation because it apparently involved my local supplier here- Shaw, but Shaw said the problem was with my Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail program which Shaw does not support (they support Microsoft). Ultimately, my local tech here helped me resolve it and the problem was actually very simple but took quite a lot of research to identify. Can't remember exactly what the resolution was but have not had a recurrence of that situation."
