"I have dealt with this company in the past and they usually do a very good job. However, the last couple of orders have taken way too long to receive. Customer service is through e-mail only, which in my opinion is a real pain when I need to talk to someone. They promote so often and so much, that I'm sure they've experienced growth and sales, but they don't have the ability to get the work done timely. My advice to LogoUp: don't promote if you can't fulfill the orders you get from it!"

"This was my 3rd order, that included hats. All of the hats in the order arrived in unacceptable condition.
The quality department said the problem might be solved by moisening the affected area. Rolling up a towel and stuffing it inside the hat, then using an iron to remove the bumpy uneven finish of the embroidered area.
If this is acceptable to you go for it! I showed my photos to another embroidery shop, they agreed they would stand behind their work and this wouldn't happen... "
