I wAited over a month to get two items and when I received
the fedex delivery it was for someone else.
I called customer service and after being put on hold for what seemed
like twenty minutes, I had to go over my issue with someone else.
They had no clue and there was no explanation of where my items where.

I also had an issue with being charged a set up fee in which I did not need, b/c I had my own logo. I may have made the error myself with checking the wrong box, nonetheless, the correction was made with the staff, easy peasy. Great customer service!"
