"I ordered 6 hats with personalized logos. It took forever for me to see any progress on my order. The logo itself was not reviewed for over a week. It took another week for anymore progress after that. When it finally did ship, a month later... Fedex delivered the package to the wrong place. Ive been waiting for over a week for a response from logoup about actions to be taken but have not recieved one after being told to open a ticket. I understand the company is not responsible for the oversight with Fedex but I have not recieved a response or information at all. So I spent $60 for 6 hats and after OVER a month, it's starting to feel like I may as well thrown my money out the window. No responses and no hats. Im disappointed and frustrated. Please dont make the same mistake i did. Order else where."

Turn around time (26 days) was a little slow but I order during their Black Friday sale so I imagine they had more orders to fulfill than at other times of the year. I made a mistake when I placed the order, accidentally order purple shirts instead of green. They were able to make the changes for my once I contacted them via their online chat on their website. I would recommend to other and will order from them again in the future. "
"I just incorporated my LLC. I wanted to get a nice button down shirt that I can wear with a tie, and a couple of polo shirts with the company logo on them. I really like the company logo, so just for fun I added a couple of baseball caps. The entire process was straight forward. The proofs came quickly, and within two weeks I had my company emblazoned items. They look good and are of good quality. When looking for items for branding, Logo Up carries brands such as North Face and Carhartt among others. Their prices are not exorbitant so branding for a small company just getting started is a possibility. I was so pleased with the first order I placed with Logo Up that I have just placed a second order."

I called Logo Up, as was basically told, too bad, they are busy and I will get them when I get them. Despite telling them I HAD to have the items by a certain date. They made no effort to help me out. Unfortunate, as I am a long time customer, but will no longer order from them. They could have been a little apologetic, or attempted to make it right. I even asked for expedited shipping, and they said they could, but it would be at my expense, even though it would not have been needed had they had a timely turnaround...."
