"To approve the artwork going back and forth takes at least a day. Once order is approved it says it is produced within 7 days and shipped. Not true- our order was approved Dec 13 and they are telling us it may ‘possibly’ ship Dec 31. "

"This is the third order made through LogoUp.com. The first two were great and exactly what was promised in the on-line proof.

This order has been a debacle all the way around. The coffee mugs came in with our logo in an area not like the proof with a business in Florida's phone number under it. We happen to be in Colorado, so that wasn't impressive. We also ordered reusable bags for our regular customers. These came in green when we ordered navy and the proof said navy. The other 70% of the order has yet to be shipped and we are on week six.

Will we use them again, perhaps. If the quality of product is similar to this order we will look else where. "
