"Looks like quality control needs some upkeep, because one of our items was embroidered on the wrong side, and on the other item, the embroidery was half covered by a lapel. We had to submit a help ticket—if you call customer service, they'll just refer you to the online help ticket system, which was frustrating because it takes a day to get a reply every time. They were very accommodating and offered to replace the items, but it took 10 days between putting in the help ticket and getting the items shipped even after telling them we needed the replacements ASAP. Would have been nice if they were done correctly the first time."

They failed to communicate that the pens I ordered were out of stock for the black ink, even though they did have the blue ink in stock. If someone have communicated that to me, I would have been happy with the blue ink and timely delivery.
