The live chat feature (which can sometimes be a *little* intrusive), is also a great way to have questions answered within seconds, instead of searching the site and/or scrolling through endless FAQ pages. I used that feature myself on one of the first visits to your website. I had questions about using a 'fairly new' foundation I already had with a new Loom and Leaf mattress - and if that would affect any warranty... my questions were answered politely and completely.
