She tried to misinform me that I could not have what the promotional card offer; it's like she didn't know how to do her job. She also texted my personal phone and was very rude to me. She did not have permission to use or was welcomed to even dare contact me in any manner. I was dealing with Brittany. I have friends that have purchased there and their views are on their manager are similar. She purposely leaves out email address to hide sales from here customers and is constantly misleading/ lying about promotions. She also has given my friend Raj this same treatment. She also given things free away to employees and customera alike. Please retrain her because there's so much more wrong there. But evryone else was magnificent. The sales associate for the most part were great but when I was mall of America. The sales personal reminded me of dealing with a car salesman. He hard selling me on the product and felt pressured which turned me off. You're product sells itself. I suspect it was just him because my other interactions with sales associates was very different and positive."
