"The associate had to call her manager to find out if she was able to sell me a floor model. She would only sell me particular color the other floor model covers she said needed to be sold in a higher quantity. She did not go above and beyond like associates you had in the past. Also I shopped at jcrew that day and the associate there was amazing I showed her my mailer from Lovesac that brought me to that mall and she didn't even know that store was there. The other associate working at lovesac was lovely she was pregnant. She was the more helpful one that really listened to my wants and offered appropriately. She was the one that ending up ringing up my purchase. The first associate seemed a bit annoyed with my wants and even shared that customers that are coming in with the mailer don't want the free sac because they don't want to purchase the covers but it's a $600 value."

I need a couch with my new house so we are pressed for time to make a purchase but I do wish I was able to get something special with my sactional. Free accessories, etc. We had just missed two free wedges as we had not closed on the house yet; very disappointing. It could have been any thing, U-tables or coasters, etc."

"I had a wonderful initial experience in the store when I made the purchase of my Lovesac. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from that point forward. It was NOT made clear to me that I would be 100% on my own with the delivery, assembly, etc. of my sectional upon purchase. I was told I would be made aware of the delivery date and time, and since I live alone I planned to work my schedule around delivery in order to be home when it arrived. However, I came home from work one day to see all of the boxes sitting in my driveway in the rain. I had no way of getting them into the house on my own. I had to call the store where I made the purchase and ask someone to come and get the boxes into my home. Once this was done, I was just simply left with the boxes inside with no inquiry about my satisfaction or need for assistance/support and no apology. As a single female with a small frame, I spent over 8 hours fighting and attempting to put the sectional together on my own. I was covered in cuts and bruises when I finally finished. What if this had been delivered to someone with mobility limitations or impairments? Would they have been treated this way and left alone? I find that thought upsetting and disheartening. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lovesac. I hope this review is taken seriously and considered when making improvements to the organization. "
