"I purchased my second movie lounger during the free covers sale. I was under the impression "eligible" covers were unlimited due to the wording on the promotion; therefore, I ordered several "eligible" covers and submitted the order. A rude and condescending LovSac customer service representative called me and reprimanded me for my misunderstanding. Then she proceeded to threaten me with canceling my order if I did not pick one cover immediately during the phone conversation. I promptly picked the cover and she hung up. I asked my husband, an attorney, to look over the promotion for me. He reviewed the emailed promotion and concluded it was not clear only one free "eligible" cover was limited per purchase. Unfortunately, when he called the same representative to discuss the situation she was rude and aggressive with him too. We have purchased over $6,000 dollars in the last year and were shocked at the lack of customer service. It is unfortunate and discouraging to make such a large investment with a company that treats returning customers so poorly."

Even though the tracking site showed that the section was delivered (two separate packages, two separate dates), the FedEx truck never showed up. A few days later, I received a document in the mail asking if I received the section. I indicated that I had not. Nothing was ever done about it."

"Purchased the couch no problem. Once they had my money, it die did not arrive all at the same time like they said it would. And I never received most of my tracking numbers. Part of the couch was damaged a little, but they said they would look into it a few months ago. Have not heard back from since."

"I purchased a sactional from the Bridgewater, NJ location. The salesperson was awesome and so is the product. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the length of time of delivery of the covers. We received the actual sactional several weeks before the " in stock" covers."

Having never bought anything at lovesac before I didn't know what to expect. But the staff was friendly and informative on my options without giving me pressure to upgrade. Great customer service!"

We use it all the time but it truly wasn't worth the sale price let alone whatever the normal price is. I just expected so much more from the Lovesac. You also have to fluff it very often - and it weighs over 50 pounds. It just gets annoying. "
