"Lovesac is truly a fantastic Couch. We are replacing a near 18 year old couch that we truly love but needs to go, and the Lovesac is couch is making the transition much easier then we had imagined. The true value here has been working with Tim who has handled every aspect of this purchase!! We live in Raleigh NC and Tim works at the Burlington MA store. However a pop in tot he at store and 45 minutes with Tim convinced us this was the right couch for us. Tim has worked with us remotely making sure all our question have been answered and ordering additional components as we grow and shape the couch to fit our life and space. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, company, or product!!"

"I waited for 6 months for sales to try to buy certain products, but the price overwhelms the quality of the product. As soon as I purchased my items they suddenly started offering sales on sac inserts but they still made you pay though the nose for the covers if you wanted anything other than TOTALLY BASIC. I'm still on the fence, but I still felt it can be a quality product but be prepared to overpay for what you want. I know this doesn't cost them a penny on a quarter but I wish they would stop being sooooo overpriced and unnecessarily extended on the custom cover prices and delivery times. The "custom cover" delivery periods are often up in the air, (6-8 weeks) which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous for a SET, *company*, standard-sized cover in a certain fabric that THEY DESIGNED. There's nothing custom about it other than the fact that Lovesac doesn't pre-fabricate any of their "custom" cover simply because you haven't paid for it yet. (No willing working capital) I call this absolute laziness and positioning to overcharge. You guys keep treating your customers like idiots and overcharging, good luck keeping up your current business. I've also noticed a decline in the quality of the "memory foam" over the last 7 years. You say it hasn't changed but it clearly has - these changes do not go unnoticed. I've tried to be patient but at this point the price expectations hasn't even come close to a common level with your current products quality. I hope this helps."

"Lots of work to put together... soft, durable, but the back rest cushions are so thick that it forces you to sit very erect... there's not a lot of seat room and it makes the sofa feel rigid and uncomfortable.
I had to pay someone to carry in all the pieces for me because there were many and too heavy for me to carry... assembly was brutal! I followed the instructions on the YouTube video and used both shoes and clamps to assemble which is by far the hard way to do it! Use either the shoes or the clamps, but not both! Lol.
My father had to rearrange the sofa once and had an easy time with it using only the clamps.
Don't over fluff the back support pillows upon assembly!

"I was offered a free chair, and yes it was free but with a catch -- the removable covers are not included, you have to pay extra for them, which I have declined to do. They do not tell you about that ahead of time, so I was surprised with it when I went to the store. This catch should be disclosed ahead of time. Being surprised leaves a bad taste in the mouths of your potential customers. It's not quite, but is close, to a "bait and switch" scheme. If the extra costs were disclosed ahead of time I probably would still have taken up the offer for the free chair, and would have had a more positive impression, but unfortunately I was left with a negative impression about my experience and about the company."
"They don't have anything in stock, EVER OR AT ANY STORE!! I drove to the one by my house they had a "sac" but no covers so what do I do? I drive almost 2 hours out to the next closest one (after calling and it them telling me that they had covers for the gamer chair) get there and "oh no ma'am we don't have any covers, we don't keep we never have full stock. You can order it online." What is the freaking point of the store then? Then they have sent me literally 100's of emails even after I have unsubscribed along with sending constant trash mail to me house and are now asking me for a review?!? Well here you have it this company is crap if u want something get it online before waisting ur time going to the store "
