"At times online ordering can be challenging. I made an error with information I entered and frantically sent an email for assistance. Being on the east coast, I didn't expect a quick response. Not only did a receive a super fast response, but, it included an explanation of how it would be handled going forward. What a relief! The best part was the acknowledgement of receipt of the gifts gushing with accolades of how beautiful and perfect they were. Highly recommend for all your floral gifting needs!"
"I wanted to send something special and meaningful for my friend who lost someone close to him that we both know. I chose Lula’s because it was on the West Coast (where he lives) and ultimately their mission. A week later and my friend never received the package and UPS never contacted me with any delivery issues, but they changed the delivery to a pick up location without my consent. Now it’s been a week later after the news of his passing and the funeral already took place, it’s disappointing I couldn’t send my condolences to my friend when I couldn’t be there from the East Coast.
The 2 stars are only bc customer service was responsive and tried to resend a delivery but I just wanted a refund, as the bad impression was already there."
"I ordered a plant on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. I specifically looked for vendors that could offer quick shipping. While I paid for the express shipping (1 day) they didn’t even have it ready for pickup until two days later. I got a notice that it was because of weather however had it been delivered even in three days there would have not been an issue with weather. It’s now days six and still no delivery and assuming it will be dead by the time it gets there. If you can’t support express shipping you shouldn’t offer it as an option. "
"I have a succulent from you sent to me by my son. Very cute! However the order I’m reviewing has not reached the recipient as yet. Ordered last week. Had to pay for shipping yet it will be another week before it’s delivered. Hope the plant survives the trip and is as pretty as mine. Because this was a sympathy sentiment, timing is everything. Hopefully my gift arrives before the tracking date currently showing."

"I expected the recipient to receive this just as they would a flower delivery service; the only difference being that it's shipped, not hand delivered. This assumption means that extra care would be taken in packaging and card writing. This was not the case. Instead, the greeting message was informally type on a receipt (like in amazon gifts) - making it appear quite cheap. How the gift arrives is just as important as the gift - up the game here folks! "
"Overall I'm happy with my experience, but when finished I'm left feeling a little ripped off. I was enticed to sign up, provide contact info/email, which I did, and got a 10% coupon, which I was pleased about, but then when I placed my order, the coupon only applied to one of the items I purchased, and amounted to basically nothing. Even worse, I sent these gifts to co-workers, and got charged full priced shipping for each item. You'd think an offer of free shipping considering the overall price tag of the order, or even a reduced shipping rate, but no, full price shipping, each item, and a measly 10% on one. I make purchases like this on the regular for co-workers, so it seems a little short-sighted. I'd appreciate hearing back regarding this experience, but I doubt that will ever happen, so I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
