"Ordered 12 gift sets for company clients. The gift set consisted of a number of items that would be given in a gift bag. When the items arrived, they were packed in a box and I had to go through and remove everything from being individually package and assemble the gifts. then some of the individual boxes were a little torn or "smashed" from the packaging. If I had ordered this from Oriental Trading and paid a "bargain price" then the I could understand the "unassembled" presentation. But at the price I paid for each gift set, I thought the package would arrive assembled... At the very least the individual items should be in "undamaged" condition... Not sure I will use the company again."
