"My experience and representative was favorable. The problem I have with was that the representative told me that he would tell the shippers to send it over night because it was a necessity to receive my new sensor in a timely manner. I was told I would get the sensor on Wed. with the overnight shipping. I didn't receive the sensor until Monday night; a solid week from ordering it. I had to leave my back door unsecure which in turn left my home vulnerable for a week. I told him that it was urgent and was told I would get it before I left for my trip. There is no excuse for this. I'm not sure who is responsible the representative or the shipping department. I am upset over this. I don't ask anything from Mono except to keep me safe and that wasn't done. I rarely call and complain or ask for this or that. I don't ask for anything but to be safe."
