I recently received a large shipment of ergonomic office chairs from Madisonseating.com. I am not only impressed with the excellent condition of the chairs but the crazy savings I received on my purchase. Being a start up company, I am extremely conscious of every dollar I spend. I stumbled onto Madisonseating.com’s website while searching on Amazon for some good deals on brand name chairs. I saw they had excellent reviews so I decided to contact them directly regarding any additional discounts they can afford me if I ordered a large quantity. I was transferred to their corporate sales department and spoke to a nice young lady who was extremely knowledgeable on the chairs and did infact award me a special volume discount rate. The chairs arrived with Fedex about a week later and required just a simple assembly. I am hoping to do more hires before the summer and will most definitely come back to Madisonseating.com for additional chairs. Their prices are the lowest and they had terrific service to boot!!""

"I e-mailed Madison Seating because the arm pad on a chair I bought three years ago was torn. They responded almost immediately and informed me that I had a 10-year warranty and sent me a return authorization number. They have been responsive throughout the process. Correcting the issue with the chair really could not have been easier thanks to their great customer service."

When I contacted Madison Seating, they promptly advised me to return the damaged arm rests and promised to ship out a new pair ASAP. "I was skeptical of low cost Herman Miller chairs but after assurances and information from Madison Seating I ordered the fully adjustable Aeron from them. The first chair was damaged in transit but this was discovered en-route and Madison immediately shipped a new one. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. "Ordered an Aeron office chair. Wrong chair arrived and did not have a back. They verified box was damaged in transit and the back fell out of the box. I was told that I had to send the chair back to them and wait for it to arrive before they would ship the chair I had purchased. However, once they got their chair back they would not send me the chair I ordered and I am currently waiting for a refund. Update on this review: Madison Seating contacted me, shipped me a chair and threw in a free head rest as an apology for shipping issues. I got the chair in about a week due mostly to all the cold weather I think effecting deliveries. The chair is exactly what I ordered and I am very happy with it. "
"I placed the order for an Aeron Chair by Herman Miller back in 2013 and really like the chair. Now in January, 2015 the arm broke for no specific reason. The bolt broke which is a manufacturer error, but after contacting Madison Seating they quickly responding with shipping directions and quick replacement of the arm. With a 10 year warranty - I'm getting the no hassle response I would hope for from a provider. Thanks. "

"My husband purchased an Aeron chair for me from Madison Seating for Christmas which means he placed the order a week or so before Christmas. The chair was assembled after Christmas when I noticed that there was no forward tilt mechanism. The hole was there but no lever. I also did not like the Posture Fit after using it. I have this chair at work with the Lumbar support and it is fully adjustable in every way. This chair was not fully adjustable without this mechanism. I used the chair for a couple of weeks before contacting Madison Seating by phone. I told the agent on the phone I was not happy with the posture fit and wanted to receive credit for the Posture Fit upgrade and receive the Lumbar support mechanism, which is part of the basic chair price. I was told I had to write an email to their customer support dept. I sent the email and received a canned response that I was over my 30 days and, therefore, they could not work with my return/exchange request. Let me say that my email acknowledged this fact but that I was hoping that they, like many other companies, would recognize the Christmas time frame and extend return policies during that time to allow for these items, purchased as gifts, to be assembled and tested by the intended recipient. But, "no" this was not a case. A canned, impersonal response was returned that I could purchase the item from another Internet re-seller if I wished but they could not help me. I find this to be very poor customer service and the fact that they are selling the item if a different configuration to the public is very misleading if you are not intimately familiar with all the features of the chair (and most are not). They do sell at a reduced price but "buyer beware" that it may not be the same product as sold at full price at another store. They claim to be to have "outstanding customer service" and a "satisfaction guarantee" - both, in my opinion, they do not have!"
