"Somewhat Dissatisfied.
The Pricing and Features were more than competitive and the Website fairly robust and easy to use. Staff were friendly and responsive for the most part.
However when a hitch in production occured (no power supply in agreed upon wattage) they failed to communicate both the problem and a solution in a timely fashion. Only after 3 calls from me, over 2 days, was there an acknowledgement of the issue and a proposed solution. The delay resulting from this (3 days total) issue was probably unavoidable but the consternation and irritation certainly was.
Finally, after delivery and during setup, it bacame apparent that they failed to include a keyboard and mouse (part of the order). Rather than expedite those items via overnight or at least two day delivery, they shipped UPS ground which caused a further 5 day delay.
Would I do business with them again....probably but not without a thorough discussion with their sales department ahead of the order and some assurances of what was expected."

"I have had a very good experience with MagicMicro. I ordered it on a Saturday. Monday morning via email I was notified of some incompatibilities in the hardware selections. They suggested the proper hardware for me and I received the unit on Saturday.
I set it up and installed my OS and was up and running by saturday evening. "

Ordered a custom built PC roughly for the same price I could have purchased a barebones kit from some online store, but received excellent customer service & FREE tech support. Had a few component issues when I received the computer, but they were quick to help. When one issue couldn't be fixed by sending it back (component manufacturing failure) they replaced the parts. These guys are great. Max & Alan were on top of it! Thank you guys. Love the computer. Ordering 3 more computers come Christmas time! "I really liked using the Magic Micro website to build my custom PC. Some sites try and throw too much information or are difficult to read and make since of all the options. Not the case with Magic Micro. Their interface was intuitive and easy to use and read. My machine was built, tested then shipped in a timely manner. When I received it, all I needed to do was install a hard drive and operating system. Opening up the inside of my machine, the assembly was very clean and professional. The wires were routed nicely and those not in use, were put out of site in an un-used bay. The only minor complaint I have is that the case I ordered has a USB 3 plug in the front and this was not connected to the motherboard, even though the motherboard does support it. The other two USB 2 plugs in the front were connected. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and professionalism of Magic Micro and would recommend this shop to others."
"I've used Magic Micro before and as far as customer satisfaction they are pretty good. They were prompt and fast on my emails I sent regarding my purchase. Overall I had a good experience with their work. However as for the shipment and when I receive my purchase is a bit on the slow side. Was told when I purchase my new computer it would be done in a week I think that means shipping time as well but not sure. They shipped it out to me on the 30th and now it's the 5th and still no sign of the computer yet. This is to no fault of Magic Micro of course since they did sent it out asap. FedEx which is the service they used is very slow not sure why since they are usually good about getting it to me before the date mention."

"My first experience with you was good. The original ordering went well with fast delivery from FedEx except I left out a DVD player. Round 2, you sent me a DVD but (here's the BIG problem) you sent it UPS. Please, please never use UPS for residential delivery, they really SUCK!! There's no excuse for them to take a week to deliver this DVD. Below, I say "very good" for Shipping Process but that excludes crappy UPS."
