The only glitch was it had Windows7 Ultimate product key on case instead of installed Windows7 Pro. Used the anytime upgrade to fix so all good. Will definitely use MagicMicro for our next build. "

"My computer building process started great, the computer was delivered early, and it ran well for a couple of weeks. Then programs started not loading, hanging, and soon crashing (BSOD). I thought at first it was the programs and spent days wiping and reloading my software. Didn't fix the problem. Asked customer service for help and spent a couple weeks trying their fixes. Remove video card, update BIOS, and MEMTEST.ORG. Got hardware failure on the MEMTEST notified customer service, then ALL of my emails began to be bounced back as undeliverable. Magic Micro must be out of business to become undeliverable to multiple email with different topic and to different MM addresses, so does anyone want to buy a computer that crashes every 10 minutes? 'Cause Magic Micro can't (or won't ) fix mine..."
