“The 7-10 days is a general time frame to process and ship your order. This isn't always the case, mind you, but we give this time table just to cover ourselves. We offer thousands of parts and we don't stock all of them so if we have to order parts, it takes a week or so lead time to process the order while we wait for the parts to come in (or wait for the factory to ship them directly, as we drop-ship a lot of our orders). “We do try our best to upload photos of our products. However, some products we have never ordered before or we drop-ship, so we never put our hands on it to take a photo of the product. Whenever possible, however, we try to upload photos. It's difficult being we carry so many products. This will improve in the future, certainly. Some of the schematic images are old and are not of good quality so we can't improve the quality of the image for some of these older models.”
