I'm sorry to hear you had problems with the first Valve Plate Assy you ordered, it sounds as though it's a manufacturer defect, or you may possibly have other issues that is causing the defect in the Valve Plate. Also, make sure to install it the correct way, if it's installed backwards then it will damage the Valve Plate. Hopefully the second Valve Plate will work for you!”

Confused on the "pop up deal" that never happened

"Found this site and I liked the amount of replacement parts. I quickly found the part I needed so I added it to my cart. I went to check out and the damn shipping cost more than the flexible hose which is absolutely DUMB. The manifold flexible hose should have cost merely $3-4 being I ship items all the time all over. Then I was going to another website a "pop up ad" stated I could get 25' of nylon hose for $0.01 so I clicked yes but it never updated my cart or anything else... I want my pop up deal that your website offered...

Ditch the credit cards

"I prefer to use Paypal so that I don't have to enter my credit card info on sites the I buy from. I would think it would be beneficial to you too since having the credit card info in your system would be vulnerable to being hacked and used illegally.

“Thank you for your comments and feedback, we certainly appreciate it. Per PCI compliance we cannot and do not store credit card information in our database. Yes, there is always an inherent risk when checking out with credit cards on eCommerce sites (as we are) but once the order is processed it is not stored in our system and is encrypted. However, we are trying to offer PayPal as a viable payment method in the near future. Setting up PayPal is a bit difficult so we have abandoned it in the past, but we are entertaining the idea of offering on our site in the near future.
