"I had to call about shipping, because the expedited option costs more than UPS Ground, but there was a note (7-10days total) which confused me, as I do much shipping and receiving for my business. I didn't have to wait long to get an answer. I was told that some parts may ship from another location, depending on whether or not the part was in stock. Mine were, so I knew which shipping option to choose. This is a very intuitive site, but I would suggest a real-time stock part availability, as many of my suppliers provide. this would save the purchaser time, without the need to call, and also the call center time, because they wouldn't need to provide an answer which should be on the site anyway."

“We do offer expedited shipping, but only by request (either by comments made in your order or if you call in). The cost of USPS and UPS obviously depends on the weight and location of the shipping destination. If you live, say, in California and you ordered a 1 lb item, Priority Mail is going to be cheaper than UPS (and always is). However, if you ordered an item that's heavier than 1 or 2 lbs going to California, the price of UPS shipping doesn't increase much while the Priority Mail rate does, drastically, once weight is added. I'm sorry for any inconvenience but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to call us directly at 757-547-8665. Thank you for giving us your business!”

Lots of Air Tool Parts; Web site talks too much

"Decent site for air tool parts and similar. The site has a popup box that talks to you a bit too much. I'm thinking people who order parts online have probably picked a part and checked out before. Those who haven't probably are going to go to a tool store to get parts.

"I did not see a part listed that I needed to order. The part is the RESET switch which is located next to the switched ordered. The switch ordered is Part# 31 and the other switch needed is part# 32 as listed on the Diagram.

You could certainly receive you order in just a few days, yet if a part is on back order it could take 10 days.
