fast cpu, screen and resolution ok, battery life is ok, camera (front 2mp,back 5mp) ok, very satisfied with ports (2usb,1hdmi). I haven't try yet external 3g usb. In general a value for money product.

"I got a Lenovo A60+ phone at a very good price. I needed help with rooting it to install the English system. Jay, at their tech support desk, was very helpful. They will do the rooting and install for 7 bucks and I would suggest that. The phone was delivered well packaged and works great. I would not hesitate to recommend Merimobiles as a source for Chinese tablets and phones. I will be returning to buy a tablet soon."

"Best selection of products, great value, good accessory selection, great website and online servicing options, and most importantly impressive technical support for a China supplier.

Purchased a Star Note 5.1 inch Android Dual SIM Smartphone and had an issue immediately with the operation of the Dual SIM features.

Technical support was superb - all you could have asked for. They were prompt in responding, understood what I was saying, gave suggestions and advice, and talked me through possible solutions. After two weeks of trying everything we could think of and just as a return was about to be arranged, we found a solution.
Most impressed with Merimobiles technical support.

This is the third tablet/smartphone I have purchased from them in the last few years and I will not use any other supplier for such purchases in the future. Not even to compare prices.

As for value, this smartphone has higher specifications than a phone which would cost four (4) times the price purchased from a telecom shop (Telecom, Vodafone) in New Zealand, where you cannot get Dual SIM phones anyway.

Highly recommended merchant.

"Worst online buying experience ever! First they didn't have the product I order in stock and wanted to substitute a different one and didn't tell which one it was so I had to ask for pics or a link so I could take a look and make sure it was what I wanted it was ok so I said yes then they wanted $10 to upgrade the shipping I wasn't very happy about this but went ahead and paid the $10 so it would arrive by christmas after a few weeks and nothing should up I checked the tracking number and it still showed it in china so I emailed them and was told that it had been returned that day and had been denied at customs and that it would be reshipped that day, well a week latter I had not received a tracking number so I emailed them again and was finally sent a tracking number that did not work so I emailed them again I was told they would look into it and not to worry that was three days ago today I have emailed them wanting to cancel my order and get my money back I hope I have better luck with this then I have the rest of the order.
Update
I did get the refund for the product but didn't get the money for the upgraded shipping or the fees that I got charged by my bank so in the end this experience cost me $15 and they tried to dispute this review and have it removed before contacting me about the problem. I was told that it was the shippers fault and it was out of there hands.
Update 2
After posting the first update I got the upgraded shipping fee back they claimed to not have known about it because it was a separate transaction even though it was included in detail to get the product price, shipping upgrade and bank fees refunded when I requested the cancelation of the order. I do have to say its not very professional to try and pass blame on to the shipper wether it is there fault or not doesn't really matter where I work our customers don't care or want to hear about our shipping problems all there concern is is that they didn't get there product on time or not at all the shipping problems are our problems and we have to deal with it and make the customer happy not just pass the blame.

"What did the most to sway me to buy from Merimobiles was their return policy that stated that they would pay the return shipping costs if they shipped a defective or DOA product or the wrong item. Virtually all the other stores said they would refund or replace the item but I had to pay the return shipping for their mistake. To ship 1 kilo from Mexico to China costs between 60 and 100 usd depending on how ship. I consider that unfair,wrong and I would not buy under those conditions. Merimobiles has it right. The rest of their policies are fair and reasonable and I now have every reason to believe that the promises would be honored.
When I placed my order, it did not go through immediately; there was an error. I found a toll free number to call and to my great delight, Oliver answered the phone and we fixed the problem in a few minutes and got the order placed. By my calculation, it was about 2:00 am his time; impressive.
My order was shipped in a very timely fashion despite the two intervening holidays. Merimobiles was on top of the process every step of the way and delivered all that they promised. The tablet arrived at my door in good condition and it works fine; except that most of it is in Chinese, but I knew that going in. It can be changed to English but that involves installing a new ROM, and that is fairly technical and can even be a bit risky. I'm not sure how far the online stores go in post sale tech support.

I read so many negative reports about online stores cheating people and so many glowing reports about stores from shills that I was literally afraid to place the order. I am now a happy camper (I am not a shill) and when it comes time to buy a new phone, Merimobiles will definitely be my first port of call. Thanks to all.

"I bought a phone frome merimobiles on 15 december after few days i get a mail for extra shipping fee (altough the site say free shipping) and got the tracking number on december 22, everyday i try to track the package but there is no information for this tracking number it has been like this for 12 days now I ask customer service what is wrong 1st time they say postoffice are on hollyday's, "what i realy doubt" 2nd time i ask them again they say they wil call them and let me know what whent wrong within 24 hours but nothing. I have made 1000's of online purachases from all over the world and i never got any problems until I order from merimobiles. update: got a mail from Jay with new tracking number, thank you Jay"

"In mid-December 2012, I ordered a phone from Merimobiles, but soon after I ordered it I realized that I had ordered a phone that would not work for my needs. I contacted Merimobiles about 3 days after I placed my order (on a Sunday), and luckily the phone had not shipped. I canceled my order, and shortly after I received my full refund back to my paypal account. Everyone I had contact with was very polite and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company, based on my experience. "

"I purchased a Windows N90 tablet. The usb port was damaged in use. I sent it back for repair under the warranty. Jay at Merimobiles, did everything he could to get the unit repaired and returned to me. Jay agreed that it was taking too long and sent me a new unit. I was extremely pleased with Merimobiles. They are there to please their customers and do whatever they can to provide support when requested."

"I had read nothing but good things about shopping with merimobiles so I hoped my experience would be the same.
I placed my order on 20th of november and paid for DHL delivery for that extra security of getting it in good time.
I got a ship date on the 4th of december and an incorrect tracking id , i reveived a nice appology mail saying it was the wrong tracking id and i would recieve a new one within a day or 2 , that was over a week ago and i havent heard anything since dispite me having mailed many times.
This was supposed to be a gift for my sons birthday a few days ago and now Im not sure he will even get it in time for christmas as I have no clue where my order is or has it even left the warehouse?
It is now 3 and a half weeks since I placed my order, I can't see myself shopping with them again.
I'm sorry if my review seems harsh I just such high hopes.
