"I recently had to renew my Eset virus protection. Due to Micro Center being closed, I had to get the help I needed via their live chat support. I was able to get the information needed, purchase my product online, and download right onto my computer. I am very very pleased with the response time it took for someone to answer me via live chat. This was the first time I made a purchase online without going to the Micro Center store. I had a great experience and will be purchasing my next virus protection online as well..
