"I ordered 2 wifi routers online and the confirmation email said they would probably ship in three days - nice. Three days later no shipment notice had come so I called the online customer service number to see if the routers had shipped. I called because a company specializing in selling and servicing technology products had no way to see shipping status online. When I called, I finally hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service web page suggested texting the customer service number, which I did. The response was a text of the store hours. I then tried the online chat and got no response for an hour so I logged off. I got another response to my text 3 days later apologizing for the wait and asking if I still had a question. I responded with my original query on the status of my order. 2 days later, I still have had nonresponse to that text.
I then attempted to order the same 2 routers from my local store for store pickup. The website said the local store had 10 and 6 of each router in stock. However, after I ordered, I got an email that neither router was in stock - the website has no clue what is in stock at any store. I will no longer shop at Micro Center except to shop in person at a physical store AND when it is safe to do so from the coronavirus AND as a last resort."

"If you look at the status of your order and it says "ROUTED" then you are in no man's land. There is no way to tell when they will ship the product, but you can't cancel either. It can stay there for over a week. I didn't need my item right away so I ordered online. I really should have gone to the store. There was some kind of glitch so I couldn't get 5% from my MicroCenter Card. I still don't have the item yet. I searched online and found out that this happens a lot and there have been complaints for years. I would buy in store or from another online vendor."
