Talked to a customer service rep who said it would likely auto cancel the order soon because the item is in fact out of stock. The rep also recommended I try calling back weekly because they restock it weekly for order online. So the next day the order bleed cancelled as she predicted. When I called back diligently as she recommended to see if they got any of the weekly stock in, the same lady got on the phone and said they’ve just decided to stop shipping this item altogether. My closest walk in store is hundreds of miles away. Did I mention I had also applied and received a credit card that only works for that company. So yeah, it wan’t a very helpful experience for my needs. My recommendation would be...not have website say something is available and let you purchase it when it’s not. Also not make items only available in store. Can get much more business this way. Now they just wasted my time (ordering, applying for credit, calling, calling back checking) not only in dealing with a service that can’t help me, but also time could’ve been spending somewhere else to get my needs met. The one positive I have is that the lady I spoke with on both counts was courteous and informative."

2) The first time I tried to order, it listed by shipping cost as $10,000+
3) Website is archaic and buggy. For example, if you change shipping preference, after you pick new preference from a drop down, you have to click another button to update preference."
