They were originally supposed to go out on the eighth but they were delayed from the manufacturer. They did keep me updated throughout the order. I received my Wiikey yesterday and it works great. "

3/8/2007: Received the Cyclowiz v2 and a Card for a Nintendo DS that isn't even on their web site. Won't respond to emails or to the ticket I placed on their web site.
3/9/2007: Submitted support ticket because I received and incorrect product.
3/15/2007: Finally got an RMA the same day I wrote the first review. Modchipstore.com needs to speed up their support. A week to respond is a little long.
3/16/2007: Sent Incorrect Product back
3/26/2007: Received an email stating my PS2 modchip was to ship out Monday 3/26 and they would provide me with a tracking number that I could track after 6:00pm that day.
3/30/2007: I have not received my chip as of yet nor have I gotten a tracking number. I reopened my ticket Tuesday 3/27 after not receiving a tracking number but again no-one has gotten back to me. Modchipstore.com is very disappointing when it comes to customer service and I will not recommend them to my friends. There are too many other reputable modchip stores out there to deal with this. I just hope I actually get my PS2 modchip so I don't have to turn this into my credit card company to fight.
4/2/2007: Sent another request for an update. I have not received my chip nor any status update. It's almost been a Month now and I still don't have my PS2 ModChip. I have a few friends that want me to chip their PS2's but I won't be getting them from ModChipStore.com. I urge everyone else to do the same.
4/2/2007: I received an email apologizing for all the delays and stating I was going to be refunded $75.00. So much for my chip shipping last Monday. What a great group of liars this place is. My experience has not been good."

"Do NOT order from these guys. I placed an order with them on January 25th, 2007 and it came in without all of the parts. I issued a ticket through their website on February 1st, and after multiple replies, finally got them to issue an RMA. Their staff that answered the tickets were not very helpful, and would reply with nonsense, which to me made it seem like they were trying to delay the whole process. I told them which pieces I was missing, and they replied back a day and a half later asking me what parts I was missing. So I took a picture off of their website, and covered the pieces I received. They then replied back that they would need to issue an RMA for me, two days later, and they closed the ticket! I had no RMA information or anything. They also do not have a phone number listed for support, so you have to use this stupid process. I then replied the following day asking them if they were going to issue me an RMA or what and reopened the ticket. Two days after that they finally replied with an RMA number and instructions for sending the chip back. That was February 7th. It is now February 28th and I still have yet to hear anything from them as to whether or not they have shipped the new one, or even received the one I RMA'd a week and a half ago.
In short, avoid this company like the plague!! Once they have your money, they dont care about helping you, and they just do everything half-way!!"
"I had some initial troubles with my order, I didn't notice the item page said it was out of stock (site still allowed me to order it though...)
I did finally hear from customer support and we got my order worked out.
They substitued an M3 simply for an R4 and they included a 2gb microsd for my troubles.
I WOULD buy from modchipstore.com again, just be sure to look on the item page to make sure its in stock. There is no phone number to contact them so use the support tickets - honestly though it does take some time to hear back from them (CSM told me they got slammed with lots of orders and he was the only one working there - I assume its a one man shop and things can get hectic, I know all about it first hand). I accepted their microsd gift and have had a positive buying experience, again, I would buy from them in the future.

"ModChipStore.com is a great site for your console needs. I had fast shipping from TX and great customer svc. When the DSX manufacturer had a defect, they issued an RMA and refunded my purchase. The refund took a little time to go through, but nothing super out of the ordinary for returns. I have since more purchased more from them and I couldn't be more happy."
