"Ordered an Xecuter3 CE with the Xapter and the Black CP faceplate for my Xbox on 4/19/2007. The website stated everything was in stock. Account was charged, and according to their tracking page it should have shipped out on the 20th. Sent them an email stating that it haden't shipped, and they responded by telling me that the faceplate was out of stock (despite what their site said) and would I like to cancel the order. Three days have gone by since I responded telling them to just send the chip and adapter and refund my money for the faceplate. No response back yet, and the page STILL says that my order is schedualed to ship out on the 20th. To make matters worse, the faceplate that they said is not in stock STILL SAYS ITS IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! Guys, come on. This is stupid. Get your shipping department together and get your inventory straight AND SEND ME MY DAMN ORDER"

"Ordered on a Saturday and the package arrived Tuesday...then everything went bad. My order didn't contain everything I ordered and 1 item was the wrong item. I tried contacting them using the terrible ticket system and got a response back 2 days later. I was told I was being issued an RMA. A day went by and I tried the ticket system again. 2 days later I got a response that I needed to request an RMA before one would be issued. I thought that is what I had done when I told them my order was wrong. I then replied and got an rma number again 2 days later. I shipped the wrong item back and have not heard anything back. I sent in another ticket and was told my order would ship as soon as possible. That was 2 days ago. I am still waiting on some confirmation that my package is goign to ship. I have a feeling I am going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card comapny. Worst service ever. I do not recommend them."
"Ordered Wiikey, wire, solder, and triwing screwdriver. Shipped very fast (a little pricey and the price has now dropped but that's life). Shipped quick and received as expected. No problems yet. Inside the package the chip, wire, and solder are present. I was suprised the cost paid for this tiny amount of wire and solder... definately some markup here but again...that's life. No screwdriver in the package. I double checked, no screwdriver. Email send to modchipstore. 2 days later I get a response "Did you look in the envelope". Ummm, WHY waste my time with that? I respond and several more days go by. The next question was about a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement since I now have a chip and no tool. No response despite multiple emails. Now forced to dispute charges through credit card company. This is a serious waste of my time over a cheap screwdriver. Very poor customer service. Could have solved easy by shipping a new one. "

"The customer service is incredibly slow. It took 3 days to cancel an order I had. Luckily, I only purchased a pre-order so I didn't have to worry about the item shipping out before it got canceled, but with any other order, it would have been too late. Their website also says to submit any cancellation requests before 3:00pm EST, but all the times I had looked, their support was offline at that time, and were only online at/around 10-11 PM EST."
"i ordered from modchipstore.com on march 23rd, 2007. i sent the money order and everything else required of me the next day. i sent in an email two weeks later asking about the status since no updates were being made to the order. the reply said the money order system was having problems, but the person handling my email processed it right away. i now [april 10th, 2007] have the item in my posession and i am very satisfied by the way my order was processed after having made contact with them.

"I placed 2 orders with Modchipstore. The first order came in about a week and a half. On the second order I waited about the same amount of time as the first, but did not receive the order. I sent a couple of emails to them without much success. I got Jarrett's email off of a forum and he was very helpful. He asked if I wanted a refund or reship. As I really did want the product I requested a reship. He sent me the tracking information and I received my order within 3 days.
I will definitely order from them again."
"Buyers BEWARE!! this merchant cannot be any worst than any online merchant that I've done business with. Super slow tech-support response, when response is actually provided. Left several voice messages and email regarding defective product, merchant took well over two weeks to resolve the problem. And refuse to replace product. But I did get a refund, and ask to never shop with them again, which is definitely a no brain’r. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! See other negative review from multiple sites about this merchant."
