"I ordered two items from this merchant on one order. They shipped only half my order. On their DHL shipment notification, it even lists only the one item they shipped me. I opened a trouble ticket on their website.
They first asked if I wanted a refund or to ship the item after sending them photos of what I received. I sent them photos, forwarded them the DHL shipment notification, and to ship me the item they did not send me.
I didn't hear back, so I opened another ticket. They closed it, since I had another open. They then closed the other ticket short after. I opened a third ticket and never got a reply.
I've printed out my order receipt, my DHL manifest, and the trouble tickets. I am going to see a lawyer tomorrow to see what options I have as far as civil remedies and pressing charges if they do not either refund me for the item or ship it.
Update: I received an email from Jarrett informing me that my whole order has been refunded. With that, I consider the issue closed, but I while I appreciate the refund, I would have rather just received the item I ordered."
"I placed my order at 3:22 pm (well before the shipment cut off time of 7:00pm as listed on the site) and paid for Priority Next day AM Delivery. I received my invoice which stated my R4 combo would not be shipped till May 31st at 7:30 PM. This does not sound like Priority Next Day AM Delivery and I am very upset with the deceptive listing on the site of ships in 24 hours. I have placed a Ticket but have not yet heard anything back. I also called Modchipstore.com but only got a voice message. The number is ***-***-****. I would like very much to have my shipping charges refunded since they did not ship my order in the timely fashion that I paid for. I will update this review when I hear from modchipstore.com

It is two days after I have placed my order and I still have no communication from Modchipstore.com I have called them and left several messages now and none of them have been returned. None of my Tickets have been addressed either. All I have received thus far are two prefabricated emails informing me that I have submitted tickets.

After putting far more effort into contacting this vendor than should have been required along with contacting my bank due to suspecting Fraud I finally received the following email from the vendor

I would like to apologize for the length of time it is taking to get your order out to you. we are temporarily out of the 1gb microsd cards. I can refund your shipping costs and have your product shipped out to you on monday, along with a 10.00 gift certificate to our store, or I can completely refund you immediately.
Please let me know your course of action so we can help you out as quickly as possible.

I Informed the vendor that I would like a total refund of all charges. This situation was handled in a rather irresponsible manner and I will no be doing business with them in the future. I will update again when I receive my full refund."

"I cannot recommend ordering from this store. I ordered an M3 DS Simply from them on 5-5-07. I was AMAZED to receive my shipment on 5-8-07. I was amazed until I opened it, that is. Inside the DHL envelope they sent was an M3 box and a business card. Inside the M3 box was the packing material and an installer CD. The M3 DS Simply card was missing. The micro SD card reader was missing. And the carrying case was missing. In short, I paid over $50 for a box and an installer CD. The support staff was not helpful at all. Their response to my first ticket was to ask for pictures of the packaging and items I received. I was more than happy to comply and replied with the pictures within a few hours, but my response went ignored for two days, so I opened a couple new tickets to get their attention. Their next two responses were to send me the tracking number for the first shipment they sent, which I had clearly notified them DID arrive but was incomplete. Those responses made me wonder if they even bothered to read the tickets, or if they just sent out default responses. After a couple weeks and some more tickets I did eventually get a re-shipment, which arrived with all the merchandise present and accounted for. Having received my order and a very apologetic e-mail from one of their staff, I toned down the language of this review. It was originally much less forgiving. They did eventually handle my complaint, but the whole process was not nearly as smooth as it could have been if their support staff was more responsive. And while the staff member I've had contact with since posting this review has been much more helpful, I can't recommend using the site based on how UN-helpful the support staff was. I wish they handled support tickets more like they handle reviews. At any rate, they may get 95/100 orders right on the first go, but if yours is one of the other 5, you're probably in for some headaches. Also, they tried to bribe me to change my review. I copied and pasted the bribe e-mail below. The sad thing is, I was already going to make the review even less negative than it is now if/when they resolved the issue in a reasonable manner UNTIL they tried to pay me for a better score. Points gained for eventually resolving the problem, points lost for being shady and attempting to pay for reviews.

I got my re-shipment on 5-23-07. It was complete and in good order. I wish they had been more responsive, but they did eventually make good.
I had previously stated that the re-shipment did not occur until after I posted the original version of this review. This is incorrect, and I apologize for the misunderstanding. I checked the tracking information, and they did, in fact, send my items earlier that day. For some reason the e-mail notification I got from DHL didn't show up in my inbox until well after the review was posted. I checked my e-mail only a few minutes before posting, and the message wasn't there. I'm not sure why that happened. Sorry for the misinformation.
