"I love the vintage available at modcloth...HOWEVER, i dont love the fact that when they make a mistake they suck at following up!- I ordered an amazing dark coral colred dress names "a braid new dress"- i had a perfect cardigan and heels to match on stand by at home already just waiting for the perfect piece to pull them all together :( Then they sent me the wrong size, of course i sent it back and they ran out of my size.- they offered no remedy, just sent me the dress back...sigh :("

They take my money to have an item arrive in two days, and when it doesn't, blithely tell me to read their shipping fine print. I didn't contract with their shipper, they did, yet they expect me to live with their shipper's problems. I will, and will NEVER buy a HAIRCLIP from these frauds again."
