"I ordered on a Wednesday evening, the package arrived one day early (Monday). The packaging was more than adequate for protecting the item I ordered. Upon installation, I found a possible problem with the product. MCM's live tech support was on hand to help out with no wait time. Before suggesting an RMA, I was given a few ideas for diagnosing the problem. Due to time constraints, it was two days before I was able to find the problem. The product they sent was 100% operational, but the device it connected to needed some simple repairs. A few minutes later, everything was working as it should.

Due to their helpful advice on this and other products, I'll be placing another order very soon. I'm certain that my order will arrive on time, and they can help with any problems I might have.

On Feb 28, I asked about an item they didn't have in their store. I was informed that they had it, and it would be in the store shortly.
