"Ordered a Premodded ps2 on 12/10/04, was emailed on 12/13 the status moved to pending. And it stayed there for over 2 weeks. I eventually checked online to see what was happening, i thought the package was left and someone stole it. But i found it wasnt shipped yet, with nothing on the front page saying there was problems getting consoles. Not till I click on a premodded ps2 if I were going to purchase another to I finally see that they are out of ps2 consoles with no eta on when they are getting more. I submitted i wished to cancel on 12/30/04, they finally canceled my order and refunded on 1-6-05 and the money was back in my checking a few days later.

Im very disapointed that they did not follow up with any customers that ordered a ps2 and were never notified that they ran out and there was no ETA. And the responce time when i submited i wanted to cancel took 5days(3business)."

"I'm not going to be like the others on this site and give a half-assed rating because my product took a little long to arrive. Delays will happen with any business and they clearly state that the service "Have Modchipman Mod Your PS2" will take AT LEAST 2-3 weeks. I placed my order and paid on 11/30/04 and they received my PSTwo on 12/03/04. After logging a ticket or two asking about the status, they did reassure me that it had been received, but that they were very backed up, so the status was "pending" for quite awhile. Finally, on 12/30/04, I received a notice that it was processing and then another saying it was shipped on the same day. I received my unit back on 1/4/05 and it works like a charm. Played every backup I had with no issues. The only very small beef I would say I had was that the packing didn't seem too sturdy. I sent it to them with bubblewrap and secured very well and I got it back fairly loose with newspapers crumpled up in a box. Other than that, it was a top-notch job and I will recommend to all my friends. Two words, though.. "BE PATIENT!""

"Modchipman did pretty good on my PS2 mod considering that I placed my order 5 Dec. They received my PS2 by 9 Dec. I got it back on 28 Dec. They removed the old Messiah Pro chip and installed a DMS4 Pro chip. It's been working great!!! Now I just need Toxic to upgrade their OS!!! Thanks!!!"

"Well MCM is the best in the business for xbox. I first purchased a xbit mod chip and it shipped fast and I even got it the next day after it shipped! Now i've ordered a 120 gig hd and it was shipped out and fed ex is going slow but I am waiting on the order tomarrow. I trust MCM and fedex that I'll get my order.
