"So when there is a website listing your product lines the products and sizes on that website should be available for purchase, in my case they were not. I ordered a futon and frame in queen size. The mattress was available in queen but the frame in the color (medium oak) was not. When the futon and frame arrived in a timely way I found that the solid oak frame held together with glue and hardwood dowels apparently had dried and shrunk to the point that all the joints were loose. I'am a cabinet maker so I took both the arm ends apart reglued and clamped them back together. They seem to be holding well. The overall impression of the frame is good (esthetically), the execution of construction leaves something to be desired. The futon mattress is a Gold Bond 8" WoolWrap covered in an attractive sage material that has a comfortable suede feel. The mattress is firm and supportive both for lying and sitting. If you enjoy sinking into a couch this is not for you. In my case this futon will be used primarily for seating and very occasionally as a bed. Now the problems: on one of the arms on its rear edge someone in China where it was manufactured wrote in fine black pen seven numbers in a row. Unfortunately they wrote the numbers before the finish was applied so to remove them requires sanding threw the finish to remove the numbers then refinishing the arm. The futon mattress is covered on all six sides with the same material and came delivered double wrapped in very heavy plastic sheeting. The mattress was folded in half shrink wrapped and completely sealed inside the double layer of 4-6 mil. plastic. When we managed to get the plastic off the mattress we found a 2" cut in the middle of the inside fold of the mattress. There is no way this cut could have occurred in transit it must have happened before it was shrink wrapped. Not for the faint of heart. Bill

05/24 Made a call to purchase a sectional sofa. I knew something was not right when I saw that the description said the sofa was "Made from top grain leather" at one part and another part the description says "Bonded Leather". I can already tell this company has no quality and cannot be trusted. I called to verify the nature of material. The reps I called are very lowly educated and lack training. They have no idea the difference between real leather and bonded leather. Well I finally reached someone who was willing to ask and find out for sure. Turned out it was real leather with matching on back... I went ahead placed the order asking if I can reserve the item for now and then purchase it in June. The rep said yes with half down as deposit.
Come June I was ready to make the purchase, I then found out that this despicable store has sold my item. Seeing all the negative review of this store I do feel relieve on not giving them my money. Then I found out from the rep the item was not even real leather at all as described by staffs and the web site "

"Shipped within time period stated. Items arrived within time period per shipping tracking in excellent condition and were packed well. The item color (wood stain) is not at all what was stated on the website. The stain color was rather much darker than a medium oak and does not match the set I ordered it for. That being said the chairs are solid and otherwise a perfect fit."

"I love my new Coaster, Foxhill media cabinet. I received it in 3 days and was figuring it would take three weeks for delivery. The driver of the truck was more that gracious. He helped me open up the large box so we could check for any shipping damages. I was impressed that it was packed awesome for shipping.
