"I'm not a very 'loyal' internet customer and it's my habit to shop for a few months before any computer/electronics purchase. Once I understand the specs and usage and know which product I want, I always shop for the lowest price.
On five occasions during the last half-year, Monarch has indeed offered the lowest price despite my months of research and patience for each item ordered. Ordering and delivery and support have all been easy.
I needed to call them on my 3rd order, when the online order status page seemed to be stuck in 'at warehouse' for several days. This was on a refurb item. When calling I spoke to a very friendly woman who answered immediately, almost like I had rung into someone's office or to a phone that someone happened to walk by. She sat down at a computer, investigated politely, and they overnighted the product. I didn't even ask for that to happen.
My most recent order represents my 5th order in 5 months with Monarch. (video card nVidia GeForce 6800 GS PCI-e @ 27Jan2006 @ $184) It *IS* available for two dollars elsewhere ... but no thanks, I'm going to stick with someone I can trust. MonarchComputer!!
Also, when I found an error on their web site recently, a manager telephoned me on my cell phone the next day to apologize."

Monarch has offered to sell me these or another product at a discount, as they would like to keep me as a customer. If all goes as they say I'll stay with Monarch.

"VERY SLOW RMA PROCESS!
The 2GB OCZ memory that I ordered from Monarch arrived very fast. However, this ram caused certain games like Half-Life 2 to crash occasionally. So I requested a RMA.
I requested a RMA on Jan 13th and got a RMA number on Jan 16th. I shipped it out on the 17th and according to the USPS, my package was delivered on the 19th. (USPS Delivery Confirmation# 0103 8555 7496 1779 8731)
I called every single day since the 19th to see what the status of my RMA was and wanted to know when they will ship out a replacement. According to them, they haven't recieved the package yet.
I just called again today (January 24 5:30pm EST) and according to keith, the RMA department still havn't recieved my package yet!
I asked them what this delay is about and according to them, they said they are 1 week behind schedule. What kind of bad service is that? So that means I might have to wait for my replacement for another week. This delay is inexcusable!
EDIT (1-25-06): I recieved a call from Monarch today, and they apologized for the delay. They said they will ship out my replacement overnight and I will have it by tommorow morning. That's what I call Great Customer Service!

I ordered part for a new computer that I was building, including a motherboard combo (the mobo, and processor, and fan pre-installed and tested),RAM, and video Card. The order arrived a day early, and although i ordered the RAM separately from the combo, it was already installed as well! After we got this hog installed in the case, and got everything loaded, it turns out that the most recent BIOS was already loaded on the mobo as well! I will definately reccommend Monarch to anyone that i know who is thinkning of building or buying a new computer! This was one of the best online purchasing experiences I have ever had!"
"I was sent a bad x850 pro video card and tried to contact them using thier email system and telephone number. I never got a response to either emails and on thier site Ill quote.

As for the phone number I was calling the wrong number so my fault on that one but they still didnt respond to the "best way" to contact them. After leaving bad feedback here I was contacted within a few hours and they were able to resolve my problem and get me a new video card.
Other than that eveything else was great they have very fast shipping but a signature is required so I have to goto the fedex place to get my packages because I have a job that requires me to leave home. RMA service was fast and easy I just hope they can improve a bit on thier support.

Monarch is trying to resolve any issues and/or worries I had about my system. Their customer service is in a grade of its own, that is for sure. I think most of the worries about what they were actually doing to the system was a combination of the amounts of returns after the holidays- as any business has- which lead to quick and impersonally responses; and me just finding a strange problem. They are going well above what any other company would do to make sure my system is 100% and to keep me in the loop. If they can satisfy a “nit picky” person like me, they should be able to help anyone. I think I would order something from them again- because, as stated, their customer service is superb.

"I've made a few purchases with Monarch and their customer service is top notch. I recently ordered two items and then realized within a couple hours I had ordered the wrong thing. I sent a quick email asking them to switch it out and charge my card the difference since it was more than the original. Monarch not only changed my order but gave it to me at the price I paid for the original item and gave me 2 day shipping when I had only paid for ground. Excellent service in my opinion."
