No problems what so ever from Monarch. Ordering was easy, no need to sign up like most other sites. order processing was fast. Email notification was a bit lagging, I knew about the order being shipped from FedEx before Monarch emailed me about it.
Prices are very reasonable, compared to placed like Newegg and ZipZoomFly, both of which I have bought from before."

"I spoke to Sterling while he was attending the CES Expo in Las Vegas and he seemed genuinely troubled by the fact that the on-site tech did not come back at the appointed time to try and solve my pc issues. They are currently trying to find a tech that can come out this evening to resolve my pc issues.
I appreciate all of Sterling's efforts, but I think on pc systems built by Monarch they need to have the systems shipped back to be worked on at their facility by their own people if any issues can not be troubleshot over the phone."
"I have recently made two purchases from them.
Both orders were professionally handled and arrived on time.
At it may happen with any order, the contents of the second box had a broken cd inside.
Given that I do not know these folks at Monarch, I had some doubts about how they would be handling this case. It turns out I should not have.
Mike, one of the folks who works over there, handled my case with a sense of urgency and send me a replacement cd. In addition, he asked to see if there was anything they could do to make up for my less than 100% satisfaction on receiving the broken CD.
The lesson is, anyone can sell you something but try to deal with people who will stand by what they sell you, and treat you professionally.

"I had no problems with ordering or delivery. Shipment was quick. The product was dead on arrival. I requested an RMA and sent the product back. The Post Office notified me that the package was delivered to Monarch on 12/27/2005 at 12:36pm. I have requested a status update on the RMA multiple times via email and once via phone voice mail. Today is January 6th, 2006 and I have yet to get a response with the status of my product. This is unacceptable and bad business!
Status update:
I finally received a response from Monarch Customer Service and they are sending an upgraded product overnight. I am very grateful to the kind customer service and sales representatives that rectified the originally slow response with the status of my returned product.
I have a better opinion of Monarch now."

"Monarch is a great computer company to buy from. I have purchased computers from other companies in the past which are cheaper but not nearly as professional (ie. Ibuypower) Even with thier busy holiday rush my system was professionally built and shipped in the advertised time frame. When I had a software issue with something that was suppose to come with the system the customer service folks responded the same day to address my question.
As long as Monarch keeps up this type of support I will not take my business anywhere else."

"Monarch has a very good rating. But I was a bit worried about delivery time. I read that some items were delayed, especially with the holiday season. I didn't want to have to talk to Mr. Sterling in order to be happy with my purchase. Furthermore, I was going to be away after xmas and gone for a while, so I didn't want FEDEX to have to hold it for me. To my delight, the video card came VERY FAST! It is brand new and perfectly packed. I bought it for a very good price, so I am 100% satisfied. Monarch couldn't have done anything better, and I couldn't have been happier with my evga 7800gt.
