I ordered a power supply from their website.
It was shipped out then.
Unfortunately, I changed my mind when the package is on its way to me. So I refused that package.
I thought I should have got 100% refund.
Well, guess what? They charged me 15% restocking fee! I can't agree with such policy.
Would never buy anything from them again.

"I built a system from components as my birthday gift. I have been troubleshooting this monster for over a year. Amid all the frustration of following one dead end after another, Monarch Computer tech support (Benjamin) was just great. They promptly responded to my emails and were especially helpful regarding suggestions for troubleshooting. They are standing squarely behind their product with an RMA if needed. There was no argument, no backpedaling. This is eapecially comforting when you are assembling a system from components. Anybody can sell components over the Internet. Tech support/product returns are where you separate the quality companies from the fly-by-nights.
I have one suggestion for anyone thinking about building a system from components...Let Monarch build it for you, at least the bare-bones level (PS, MB, RAM & CPU). They charge very little for the service they render.
I've learned an expensive lesson. Read this and learn. A wish someone had given this advice to me about 15 months ago. "

Monarch has a good RMA system, they have worked with me in order to get my parts replaced on two previous occasions with little hastle besides the norm of being transfered 5 times before geting a tech.

"These guys are great. Really low prices, quality products, and best of all, a sales staff that actually knows what they're talking about, even on advanced technical details. I build computers often for friends, so I can tell when a system is poorly built. That was not the case with Monarch. When they built my barebones system, you could tell they took pride in their work. They tucked away all extra cables, and everything was properly and securely installed. They even told me about potential hazards of shipping the system with a heavy heatsink pre-installed, and recommended a different one. Other companies would blame the customer for that kind of mistake, and wouldn't care about that kind of detail. Also, Monarch's quality control is top-notch. When building my system, they found a broken pin on the CPU. To make up the extra time it took to get a replacement part, they upgraded me to 2-day shipping for free! Still got my system on time. Newegg and ZipZoomFly have the same prices as Monarch, but they can't match Monarch's customer service. I won't think twice again before coming back to by from Monarch. "

"I ordered my Furia SLI system May 10th. It took a little longer than I figured for it to arrive and I was in contact with Monarch approx. once a week the whole time. They were great! Very patient, great communication. When trouble arose-- the PS I chose had compatability problems with the graphics cards and then the g-cards had problems with the motherboard!-- Rob in Customer Support was careful to explain my options and let me know what was happening. They really went the extra mile to make sure I received an operating high performance machine instead of a 50 lb. paperweight. Finally, once I got the machine it performed flawlessly for 2 days and then one of the DVD drives quit on me. A quick email to Monarch and rapid reply cured the problem in no time! It has worked just fine ever since. Monarch ROCKS!!!! My son will be needing a graduation present soon and I am definitely planning on buying from them again! A pure pleasure of a buying experience! "Purchased an Athlon 64 combo (ABIT AV8 3rd Eye motherbord, Athlon 64 3000+ 939 processer, and 2x512MB Patriot PC3200 dual channel memory). I checked around and the price was lowest I found. Items arrived on time and in good condition. Even though I purchased a pre-assembled combo, all original retail boxes (motherboard, cpu, memory) and contence were also sent. "Not bad... a day slower then Cheifvalue.com but still arrived exactly seven days after I ordered it. Processing in my oppinion took longer then it should have. I ordered it on the first and it got processed and shipped out on the 6th. Anyways overall I'd shop here again. No complaints got what I ordered in a timely fashion."
"I have ordered a total of two systems from this company so far. From a technical point of view, they have done a wonderful job. The hardware arrived exactly as ordered, and very professionally assembled. The packaging also was great.
I was concerned about their responsiveness when I ordered the first system in November 2004. It was through an educational institution via a puchase order. It turned out that this institution had never done business with Monarch before, and so Monarch said that they needed to verify their creditworthiness. The whole process took more than one month, due to a problem with verifying the information with the bank. It took quite a bit of nagging before they finally let us know that there was a holdup (we had had no idea).
To their credit, they expedited the order, once everything got resolved. Also, the process with my second order for a barebones system in June 2005 went without a hitch. The system arrived on time in perfect working order."
"Preordered a new Athlon64 X2 CPU. I really needed the processor on time for a demo and there were some allocation issues, but Monarch really bent over backwards to ensure that I got the CPU in time. I still think it's an unusual practice to charge credit cards at the time of order rather than time of ship, but in all other aspects Monarch has shown that they have an extraordinary commitment to customer service.
Update 9/6/2005. I gave them another chance and ordered a couple of WD 400GB hard drives that I needed by the end of the week. I received an order confirmation email. Sometime later I got an automated response that they had failed to verify my credit card billing address. I checked their order confirmation email and the address was correct. So, they screwed up again. Unfortunately, I didn't notice their error until after they closed, so I lost a shipping day. Since they've failed to complete 2 orders on time in a row, I'm just inclined to have the drives overnighted from some other supplier. Even when Monarch is cheaper it isn't worth this hassle. I've got pages worth of orders from NewEgg without a single problem.
Update later 9/6/2005: I just checked my online banking and Monarch HAS CHARGED ME IN FULL for the order they say they can't verify the billing address for! Un-freaking-believable."
