"To start, this is the only store that carried the Athlon X2 dual core CPUs when I searched for them on June 1st. The chip had only been debuted a day earlier, and already Monarch had preorders up for them. I immediately placed one for a 4800+ and was told it would ship on the 16th. On the 16th I discovered mine was going to be shipped a little later, which was, for personal reasons, unacceptable, but a quick email or two to David F. and Joe F. and my order was fixed and it's getting overnighted to me as we speak. This is some of the best customer service I have ever seen, and I am supremely happy with my purchase, the organization, and in particular David and Joe."

I checked them out and not only did they have a much better selection of parts than most other sellers, their prices were pretty much unmatched. I placed an order with them, and about a week later actually got a phone call from them telling me that there was a slight delay in my order and that they were going to upgrade me to free two-day shipping to make up for it. Great customer service there.

"I followed a deal into Monarch Computer, having not shopped there before. But they have a good reputation online. I ordered on Saturday, it shipped on Tuesday, and it arrived here in good condition. My only gripe would be the primitive web site when compared to their competition. It is dead slow sometimes, and doesn't have a customer account/login. If you want to check an order, you must bring your order number and another bit of ID info with you. And I had entered an incorrect phone number, but there was no way to edit anything after placing the order. Hopefully, this will be sorted out in time, and I'll have a another retailer to frequent, along with NewEgg, Amazon, OWC, etc."

Once again, Monarch, an AMD Premier Partner, came trough. I called and spoke with David F. and he found a way to exceed my expectations. David handled my concern very professionally and went above and beyond for me. He found a way to ship my processor much sooner than expected. A+ for David and Monarch.

1) they have on every item "other epople who bought this also bought"...
2) they have a page that lists all of their current rebates both instant and mail in.
I like this a lot and as a matter of fact saved me a bunch of money by getting some Mushkin memory with a $25.00 rebate in it.

While my friend and I did have some extraordinarily bad luck with our components and service wasn't quite exemplary, once I published my review, I was promptly (before I had even finished submitting the rest of the review!) called by a manager at Monarch. He's since made some extraordinary efforts to make sure that both my friend and I get working systems. My friend will actually be given a guided tour of Monarch while the techs swap out his equipment and make sure he has a running system before he leaves. Bottom line: if something does go wrong with your order, Monarch WILL make the effort to fix it if you let them know you're dissatisfied."
