"I got there last Sat in the hopes to get a same day appointment(I live in Easton - 17 miles away but was in the area), but got the look from 'Mark' like I asked for unthinkable. But he immediately offered an appointment for next day - Sunday, I asked for the afternoon and got 4pm appoin. He found me in his computer and said I am all set.
Next day was a hectic day for me but since I wanted to get done with the oil change, but I manage to get there at 4pm. The person at the counter said that the technician is gone for today as there was no scheduled appointments?? Asking me if I am sure my appoint for today.No appologies or any way to show to me that he is really sorry. Next day I am calling back to speak with the manager and Mark picks up saying that he is the manager and he doesnt know why wouldnt that appointment be in the system the day before? Like 'whats your problem'..No apologies again, except "Do you want to reschedule?"
So upset with them, absolutely no care for customers and attitudee thru the roof. Never again I go to them, there are plenty garages all over the place."
"I was very impressed that the manager showed and explained the repair work that was needed for my car. They found several dangerous situations under my car while completing an oil change. Two tires were showing their steel belts, a stabilizer link was broken, the serpentine belt was cracking and the alignment was put of whack causing further damage to my other two tires. My husband went in later and had the work completed. He was pleased with the work, the price, and the friendly staff. The work was done in a very reasonable time. We will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone. "
