"Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with only having my locking lug nuts tightened. The rest were just hand spun on. 1/4 mile later I returned, they finished tightening the lug nuts. Left a second time. Got 2 Minutes away and my check oil light went on. Returned the next day and a cocky kid checked the oil and informed me it was the oil pressure gauge. I said I did not trust them to fix my car that I would go elsewhere. The kid said to me, “Mam, when I’m right you can go ahead and eat crow.” It’s not about right and wrong, it’s about me not trusting them with my car or my safety. I took my car elsewhere and will never return. "
