Very unfriendly... But Medford ( Vince) not only greeted me in 1 minute the first time I went in to ask a question but he knew exactly who I was the day of service before I even said a word. Vince should go teach them some things!"

The service was great and didn't take too long which was nice since I waited there. I usually only go to Mercedes dealership for service but found that monro provided the same tires for $80 less per tire! "
"When the shop manager tells u that u need new brake shoes than do not believe it cause he is a sellsman and out to sell u what u don't need cause that is what happened to me. I was lucky enough that when i went to my appt to get new shoes he was not there and the mechanic told me that i only needed my shoes adjusted and i took it somewhere else for an inspection and it passed and if i did need new shoes than it would not have passed so always get a second opinion like maybe a different monro or better yet this place i go to McCarthy Tire on Stony Battery RD where they give u a free second opinion with no obligation and they r very trustworthy."
