"Nice staff there, always trying to help me out. I bought a new thermostat for my car, they wanted me to pay nearly 300.00 to have it done. I was floored. When I asked why it was so high the manager explained that in the manual they suggest taking off the manifold , but when i told them a way to do it without removing the manifold, he agreed that it could be done the way I explained and reduced the price significantly. My new 'fail safe' thermostat failed in about 2 weeks and I had to have the Chrysler dealership put in a new one. When I took the failed one back to Monro, the manager said he would pass it on to corporate and they would have to take it from there. It's been over 2 months since I heard from anyone and I still do not have my money refunded! Highly disappointed. UPDATE: I revised my review a bit, I feel may have been a bit harsh at first. To be fair, the manager was not aware that I had not heard from anyone. I did not stop back in the store until tonight. Looking back I should have stopped back sooner to let him know that I had not received a refund yet to give him an opportunity to fix things. He is making things right. That's all I really want. Sometimes things just happen, and you get lost in the shuffle. All is well . Like I said, those guys there are very nice and treat me with respect. I'm glad we could get this straightened out. "

"This Monro Muffler location is the best! (Monro Muffler in Hampton, NH) Worked with Joe first, and when Joe got promoted, have worked with Kevin. What great guys! They are thorough in diagnosing the problems, expert in what the problem is and how to fix it, and extremely honest. They are not out to "make money," their first concern is customer satisfaction and it shows in everything they do. I would highly recommend this Monro Muffler station to anyone in the southern New Hampshire or Northeast Massachusetts area."

" It seems like the managers have a quota that they are trying to reach in order to keep their job. It seems like the original price estimate and job requirement that they are saying needs done is never the actual need. I always listen to their first estimate and then I ask, "what really needs done?" Then they say what really needs done, and its usually much less work and cost then the originally estimate. Manager and salesman seems to be a bad combination."

"The Assistant Manager, Fino explained in a very kind and sympathetic way why my warranty no longer existed then offered me great support and solutions. I got everything done that he suggested because he took the time to build a trusting and respectful relationship with me as a customer. I felt like I was a priority and that my business was highly appreciated! Fantastic job! Fino needs to be the Manager of this location because Troy was very rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived. I started to leave without getting any work on my car but Fino jumped in and made everything better!"
