"MotherNature.com has a very sketchy order process. First, they immediately charge your credit card. Then they hand the order off to someone else for fulfillment (AKA the infamous "Warehouse Processing"). It may take weeks or longer to process even for items that "usually ship within 24 hours". Meanwhile they will not let you cancel your order. Nor can you reach anyone on the telephone, or by email.

Some of their prices are very low and if it works, you will be delighted. But the risks are high and not worth it IMO. I am very sorry I ordered from them.

Update 5/16 - still waiting. Order is still in "Warehouse Processing". Almost two weeks to ship an order that "usually ships within 24 hours." They charged my card immediately. I've paid for this order, but they can't seem to ship it. Do you want to pay for something then hope they eventually get around to dropping it in the mail for you?

Update 5/17 - no change. The expected ship date increases by a day every day. Two weeks after being charged for this order that has not shipped, I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not let this happen to you. Choose a different merchant.

Update 5/19 - Credit card issued a chargeback yesterday. Still, MotherNature.com continues to move the expected ship day by a day every day. We're now well into week 3, they still offer the item as "usually ships within 24 hours" but can't seem to actually ship it - or cancel my order. Do you really want to risk this sort of thing to try to save one or two dollars?"
