"An order was placed on 5/3/11 but cancelled 10 minutes later. The company canceled shipping the order promptly on 5/3/11 so that they would not incur loss but proceeded to bill me the next day on 5/4/11. It is now 5/16/11 and I am still waiting for the refund to hit my bank. They state that it can take 7 to 10 days with their system. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge. In my opinion, this is clearly unacceptable and I won't do business with them again."
