"Very disapointed with this company! I ordered items in December, trying to have for Christmas stocking stuffers. After five days the order still had not shipped. Knowing that it likely wouldn't arrive in time, I canceled the order. They acknowledged the cancelation, BUT... I still have not recieved my refund a month later!! I emailed yesterday and got a prompt reply apologizing saying that the have to apply refunds in the order they were recieved.... what!?!

"Another disgusted customer!! I used to LOVE this company as I was ordering from them almost monthly for a long time. Not anymore. The first thing I noticed was their shipping times was getting longer & longer. Now I realize that their customer service is terrible.
I've been waiting for just 1 item from a 12/06/10 order. It was listed as being in stock, said was shipped with the rest of my order & was listed on the packing slip (I assure you, this item was NOT with the rest of the order!). And my credit card was charged prior to shipping (a practice which I do not agree with!).
I notified the company once, with no response. Waited a few days & notified them again. On 12/31/10 I finally received an e-mail saying the warehouse is processing my order. Well, I still haven't received the item.
Because of this, I am moving on to another more reliable company! "

"My order got stuck as "Backordered" even though I wasn't informed of that when I ordered. Ok, fine, but every single day the ETA was 2 days in the future. It was simply incremented every day.
When I finally had enough and cancelled the order, it shipped the next day, one day ahead of the latest ETA I was given, and an email saying "Sorry we can't cancel your order, it has shipped". Unbelievable.
And they are expensive too. Can find most stuff significantly cheaper elsewhere."
