"I had bought from Mothernature several times in the past. Well, you would THINK that if I placed an order on December 2, it would be here by Christmas; however, that is not the case and they have screwed up my gift plans. While backordered items are understandable, one might hope that they could at least notify me. They charged my credit card and then nothing for more than two weeks. I have never had a bad experience with the trusted etailers I order from, so I usually don't have to track or think about my orders. Furthermore, as I ordered from several vendors for Christmas, I did not have time to worry about it. When nothing showed up by Dec. 20, I tried in vain to contact a human since the status of my order changed to 'warehouse processing,' and my single order turned into several orders with incorrect shipping dates and statuses. I wrote several times to their magical 'help desk' with specific questions and was met with autoreplies, all while they claimed the status of my questions was 'answered.'

I don't make it a policy to badmouth, yet I like to show both sides of the story. I have NEVER had a more disappointing and frustrating experience with a mail order company. Suffice it to say they have lost a customer."

"Hello! We did have a problem with our last order. We received a wrong item in place of the one we actually ordered. It seemed to take a couple days working with online customer service to get the issue resolved. I had to give some info twice on the online--wrong item form. But now, we received the correct item promptly through priority mail and the problem has been resolved. I will still definitely order from Mother Nature again. This mix-up has never happened before with this company and no one is perfect!! Thanks."
