"Totally disgusted.
Had ordered before from this company and while slow, no big problem. This time was a nightmare.
Ordered Dec 6 2010 items... received nothing. Contacted company and told some items were backordered but would be shipping the stuff they did have. Received nothing. Contacted again Jan.4th and none of my Dec. order had yet shipped DESPITE the fact they had immediately in Dec charged me for the order and later promised the partial order would at least be shipped.
Will never order from them again.. customer service pitiful, order processing pitiful and integrity apparently lacking as they don't even keep their word.

"I place an order on December 29 that showed my product in stock. My credit card was charged right away. However, I did not receive an order confirmation or any information on estimated shipping and arrival date so I email customer service on Dec 29th. Despite their website showing under my account that they responded to my email, they did not respond. I have since emailed three times with no response. My order has still not shipped a week later and has been showing “processing order in warehouse” for 5 days. Now it says out of stock and the estimated shipping date has changed every day from Jan. 5 to Jan. 6 to Jan. 7. I tried to cancel my order and received an automated response saying a cancelation is not possible because the order is processing even though it is out of stock! I cannot talk to live person, no call back, no reply emails. What a nightmare. I have never had an experience like this with an online vendor. They are absolutely terrible and is why this is my first and last experience with them."
"I will NEVER do business with this company again! I placed my order on 12/3/10. Exactly a week later, when I hadn't received a shipment or email confirmation of shipment, I checked my acct on the site and saw that my order was still processing. I phoned customer service which directs you to the website for their online customer service. So I wrote them asking where my shipment was. I received an email back stating that some of my items were on backorder. Well, I was very disappointed immediately because I shop online all the time and thought that first, they should have notified me of those items and second, they should have sent me the other items instead of holding them. So I expressed my disappointment and received the remaining items on 12/24/10, exactly three weeks later. When I opened my package not only was an item's box ripped in two places but I was sent a wrong item! I wrote another email requesting they send me the correct item I ordered, which was clearly spelled out on the order form, a refund for the torn boxed item and a refund for the items that were on backorder. I was told I'd receive a refund within 7-10 days. Ten days later, no refund, wrote again and was told I'd receive the refund that day. Checked my bank acct and I was DEBITED the amount instead of CREDITED!!!! This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered and although their prices were the lowest online, I will NEVER give them my business again!"

"This is the update of my old review of order 1451282. I would like to ask whoever plan to buy from this retail, think twice. Made the order on 12/2/10 when all items showed in stock, Credit card charged right way. The shipping date kept delayed for 1 month because some of the items are not in stock. mothernature can not mail the in stock items to me because I was told my order is already in warehouse. After 40 day when I first placed order, I had to request to cancel the order. Now another two weeks after I requested canceled my order, still no refund go back to my credit card. I may have to go to credit card company to do a charge dispute if they still do not refund me. Horrible, it used to be a good web store, everything changed, will never doing business with them "

However I find your shipping to be a little slow. I'm not exactly sure how Zappo manages it but any item ordered is on my doorstep almost before I can send the order to them...

"I'm a 70-year-old grandma and not at all computer savvy. The MotherNature website was s snap! They had the items I needed at a competitive price. I will probably not be able to rate my order with anything more than a "na" since I have not yet received it. I am sure that the holidays slowed down shipping. That's OK."
"I placed my first order with mothernautre.com recently. My credit card was charged but I never received an order confirmation or any information on shipping (carrier, estimated shipping or arrival date). My order status still says "warehouse processing” 5 days later. I had the same experience as another reviewer when I tried to contact customer service. The only option is email since they do not provide the option of contacting a real person. I wrote several times to their 'help desk' with specific questions about why I never received an order confirmation, shipping information, or responses to me emails. The claimed on my account page that an order confirmation was sent to me and that the status of my questions was 'answered” but this was blatantly false. This is my first, and last, experience with mothernature.com since their customer service is non-existent and their order confirmation, shipping, and fulfillment process is poor"

"My experience has not been a positive one. I ordered 2 products to be sent to a friend in NM. I live in GA. The day before xmas the package arrived at my house. To be frank I didn't check the email confirmation for shipping address and I know now that I should have. Fortunately I opened the package instead of just forwarding it. there was only 1 item. The packing notice showed only one item shipped. I decided to reorder for my friend and cancel the supposedly backordered item. When I went to the website to do this it showed that the item was shipped. attempts to navigate the website to have been difficult at best. the file is still open to date.
also the order number listed below is the correct one..not 2514801 as listed on the email I received to do this survey.
