"I was a bit worried because I purposely order extra in order to not pay for shipping, but then the invoice sent to me included a 10 dollar shipping fee. I spent a while trying to track the order (which I couldn't because I had just placed it) and then waited until I received it to call. By then, the shipping fee had been taking off and I was not charged. However, it did scare me a bit--would it be possible to just make sure the email receipt lines up with the actual one? "My product ordering and receiving of the product went very smoothly. I wish that once the order was placed that I received it a bit more quickly. I understand that sometimes my order gets stalled in being shipped do to waiting on the restocking of products. It would be great to receive it within a week, rather than waiting 10 days up to 3 weeks.

"I would not purchase from this vendor again. My order was slow, and I had trouble receiving communication from the vendor which was troubling.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) gives them an F. At the time of my order, BBB's search was down so I hadn't known. I briefly looked at the user reviews at Google.com and the reviews shown were favorable averaging 4.5/5 stars. Going to review sites such as this and reading through, I saw quite a few bad reviews indicating experiences like mine. Many of the favorable reviews were worded strangely, making me question their validity.
That said, when I did receive my items, they were well-packaged and in good condition. But the lack of communication from the vendor was unsettling and stressful enough that I will not use them again. Details follow.
On their site, they claim orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Their site does list some items out of stock, and none of the items I ordered said they were out of stock at the time I placed my order. It took 7 business days for my order to ship.
I placed my order on 1/08. My order shipped 7 business days later, on 1/18. I received my order on 1/22. The Order Status page stayed up-to-date with when I placed the order, when they were assembling it, and when it was shipped including a link to the tracking page.
The order status page said I should have received an e-mail confirmation of my order, which I did not receive. On 1/11 I sent them an e-mail inquiring about this to ensure nothing was wrong. I received an automatic e-mail notification that I submitted the question and the order status page also updated acknowledging the correspondence with a link. The link did not work when I clicked on it, it took me to their help page. One business day later the correspondence updated as answered, but the link still did not work for me. Nor did I receive an e-mail notification of their response.
I do not know why there was a problem with the link. As I write this review, the link does currently work. I can not say when it started working and why it didn't work before. The message they left me was courteous and informative. It stated some items were on back-order and it could take 1-3 weeks. When they updated the correspondence as answered, that's when the status of my order said back-ordered, so it matched up. I can only assume there was a technical difficulty in my viewing the message. I did not attempt to call them about it, I had decided that I would try calling if it hadn't shipped by a certain date, and it shipped before then.
I did not receive an e-mail when the order shipped. The Order Status page did update with the tracking information with a link to Fedex so I could easily view the progress.
The problems with e-mail communication were stressful enough for me that I would not do business with them again. Admittedly, this could be attributable to a simple technical difficulty that others may not experience. However, many of the other reviews I have read are troubling and also indicated communication issues. I would recommend going with a more reputable company. I got my order and nothing was wrong with it, but it was a negative experience overall. I'm not willing to give them another try."
"NO, NO, NO!! I ordered a pair of weight lifting gloves for my husband for Christmas on 12/17 with their promise to arrive by Christmas. I paid $8.99 to ship a 4oz item ($1.39 USPS First Class fee). They arrived on 12/29. I contacted customer service & was told to return them using postage they provided online. I did so on 1/2 & still no refund! Claim they hadn't received, now they say it takes 3-4 for refund. . . . I asked 3-4 what?? Days, weeks, months, years. . . . . Filed complaint with my credit card company & got refund from them. Plenty of honest companies out there. Don't waste time & money with this one!!"
