"Based on past positive experience buying from Mydigitaldiscount I ordered 4 additional 512 Meg. Cards last weeek. By Wednesday the status was still showing processing so I contacted them to ask when they where planning to ship the cards. They replied that I was going to receive them by Monday. The package came on Monday and I was surprised that it only contained one card. My intial thought was to wait a little bit and see if they would be sending the other three cards in a separate package. This morning I contacted Mydigital discount and they insist that they put 4 cards in the package. I checked the package and there is no evidence of tampering on the package. Mydigital discount insists that I contact UPS. UPS is now investigating the incident. They are picking up the package today and check it for evidence of tampering. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card and file a formal complain with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau."

"I ordered a Nex ia mp3 player and some other stuff June 11th. Friday 13th I received a tracking number from UPS and the order was 'shipped' according to the website of MDD. When on Tuesday nothing had happened with the package (UPS website) I mailed to ask what was going on. I received a mail within 24 hours (replies were always within 24 hrs) saying that customs had held the shipment to them over weekend, so the player would be sent on Tuesday. It had been scheduled for the 13th. Friday 20th I received the package BUT the 256 MB CF card was missing. I checked everything: nowhere! So I sent MDD a mail saying what had happened. They asked me to check everything again and when the CF card really wasn't there, they didn't make any fuss and sent me the missing CF card (not by express mail). Although things didn't go very smoothly, I'm satisfied with the way things went. Especially with sending the missing card, cause there's no way they or I can prove anything. This piece of service is great! I must add that packaging could be better (box with padding instead of an envelop stuffed with boxes). I would definitely buy from MDD again. The prices can't be beaten."
"SUPER SERVICE! I purchased four Lexar CF cards and a Pyro firewire card reader from MDD. When I discovered that my Canon 10D could not use the high-speed feature of the Lexars, MDD kindly exchanged the cards and shipped the new ones at once.
When the Pyro card reader died (not MDD's fault), I called Tech Support and they immediately offered to replace with a Lexar reader (they said it was the identical OEM, and it appears to be), which they shipped same day FedEx.
I have found them to have great pricing and to bend over backwards on service and shipping. I'll go back for sure."
