"I am from Italy. My experience with MyDigitalDiscount is very very bad. I ordered 170$ of products on 2nd May and I paid with PayPal. I received a confirming email from PayPal: my 170$ was successfully transferred.
I never received any email from digital discount. I sent three email to mydigitaldiscount and I never received any reply. I don't know what's is the number of my order: in my account page the order is not present while the ordered (and paid!!!) products still are in the shopping cart... Fast, Friendly E-mails telling me the order process and a Fedex tracking number supplied so I could track the parcel right to my door.
These Guys should be at the top of the list for International shipments and it wouldn't suprise me if they become one of the main sources of Camera Memory e.t.c. to Europe!!!.
I would just again like to say the shipping took 3 days!! USA to UK 3 days!!..Sorry I still cant quite believe shipping can be THAT quick.

"Ordered on 3/17. Received an email on 3/18 saying it had shipped with a FedEx tracking number. Tracking number came up as invalid and no package. Emailed vendor multiple times on 3/23 and 3/24 with no response. Late in the day on 3/24, tracking number now shows it was picked up by FedExp on 3/24 and will not arrive to 3/29. Product did not ship on date vendor claimed in email and will arrive too late for a job. Of course, my credit card was charged on 4/17, instead of on the actual shipment date.
This is a simple case where vendor failed in customer service and possibly in honesty and will defninately be considered by me when it comes time to place future orders. "

"Placed order late Sunday/Monday morning, received notification it was in processing on Tuesday e-mailed asking if the item had shipped, was in stock or more info, never got a response. Re-mailed again next day (wed) to inquire on status, didn't get any personal response but got automated response saying item had shipped.
Contacting these folks seems to be hit-or-miss. Prices are decent but not sure it's worth the hassle/uncertainty.

Eventually received emails from 'Zack' and 'Matt' explaining that the standard policy was to ship within 1-2 business days. Zack's e-mail referring to my comments on this transaction as 'slanderous' were a bit disconcerting seemed to be more combative and defensive rather than simply providing answers to my questions. If I had received a prompt response with the information requested rather than automated system messages with bits and pieces of information about the order the transaction would have been more pleasant. Seeing an order in a state of 'procesing' does not give much information. My concern was that the items may not have been in stock and I wanted to try to have these items by the weekend."
