"Mixed results.
The pre-sales service was excellent, Matt Dawson was quite prompt in responding to questions. Snafu re: billing details on my part, but as soon as that was sorted out, the product was shipped. This whole process took 3, maybe 4 days. Also, if you are given advice by the company that the product will work, and it doesn't, they will refund your money without charging you for additional shipping.
All good so far.
However, when the Tripper arrived, it was not in great condition. There were numerous small but very visible scratches on both the front and the back of the casing. Secondly, MyDigitalDiscount is supposed to install the hard disk into the Tripper. They had done so, but hadn't done a great job - the casing wasn't aligned properly and thus the buttons on the machine were permanently depressed, rendering the machine inoperable.
I took to the Tripper with a screwdriver and managed to fix it up myself.
After that, the unit works fine.
Also - I e-mailed Mr Dawson, informing him of the substandard condition of the machine and asking him further questions about installing drivers. However, I never received a response.
Because of my mixed experience, I cannot give them a wholehearted recommendation. Overall, I have had better online shopping experiences, but I have to give credit to the company for the expeditious shipping. "

"Well, I wasn't going to write a review until I was "baited" into it by their service department.
I ordered a Flash Card Reader and a 512mb Flash card at a good price, received email confirmation with my name and some unknown company name as the address for delivery. I sent back an email stating that the business listed was not mine nor had I ever heard of it. I got back an email stating "If you call fed ex with your tracking number, you can tell them to ignore the company name, because it is incorrect. The call will only take a minute. 1800GOFEDEX. Thank you." They also reminded me to leave an opinion of their service at resellerratings. I responded to them "thanks a lot! now I have to correct your mistake!"
After 10 minutes trying to get to a live person at FedEx, I was told that it was good that I called because they needed to alert the driver(it was already in route) that the delivery was to a residence, not a business. I was told by mydigitaldiscount that my complaint was "Petty" and to "go ahead and leave an opinion" at this site. And after I didn't bother writing an opinion and was willing to just let it go, I received another email stating "Sounds to me as though you had every intention of going there. Maybe you realized after you wrote that, that you actually had nothing to complain about. Thank you"!!! This is the thanks I get!
In the future, I will stick with B&H. They do everything right and provide outstanding service."

Before ordering 2 C-Flash cards and a "Tripper C-Fcard reader/USB Portable Hard Disk" I posed 3 (simple) questions to MyDigitalDiscount contact Matt Dawson via e-mail.
I received a reply 6 minutes later !!!
I have experience of French sites who NEVER reply.
30 minutes later I placed my order. I received e-mail confirmation immediately. 2 minutes later I received a second mail with FedEx reference / tracking number.
My order placed at 18h15 CET Monday 24th arrived at my doorstep 11h30 CET Wednesday 26th.
Price - the best I could find
Service - never had anything like this totally confidence inspiring experience.

Would like to know about international warranty because the warranty card that came along was to be sent to Hong Kong. However, it requires the retailer's stamp in order for it to be valid.

Also, as a note to international buyers, you would like to notify them on a shorter notice regarding their verification of credit cards.
